Italy’s anti-drug education initiative has gone beyond over one million drug-prevention booklets distributed in just one month. The initiative forms part of the Truth About Drugs campaign, which aims to provide clear information about commonly abused substances and their short- and long-term effects.
Approximately hundreds of volunteers across the country are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in schools, businesses and urban centres. The campaign focuses on prevention through education, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a simple way.
The initiative forms part of Scientology-supported social betterment news euro cup activities, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard. Full details about the campaign can be found here: Italy’s Drug Prevention Campaign Surpasses One Million Booklets Distributed in One Month.
